Happy Monday, Fleurdille fam!! There really is nothing quite like baring it all for the world to see, is there? I have never shared a photo like this before and honestly, I didn’t think I would have the confidence to share this with you guys. But, The FITT Cycle has changed my life in so many ways and I so desire to share that with you guys in hopes you too can experience the changes I have gone through over the last 6 weeks.
The physical changes I have experienced have been drastic, but I would be lying if I said they were the only changes I experienced. At three weeks into the program, I wrote a blog post on some of the major changes I was seeing in my body and in my life, and they have only doubled since then. Today I’m going bold and sharing with you guys ALL of my numbers and my before/after pictures. I’m also going to touch on some of my go-to nutritional products, my favorite fitness products, and of course, how you can join me on this journey!
WEEK 0 vs. WEEK 6:
Here we go! Ever since having Abby (she’s almost 3.5 years now), I have desired and worked to get back to my pre-baby body. I have worked to get my pre-baby body back not because I think I need to be skinny to feel loved but rather, because I desired the way I felt in my pre-baby body. I felt strong, confident, and healthy. I was eating well, working out, and enjoying food. After having two girls I developed a negative mentality around food and working out. I was working out solely to lose weight and was not enjoying it consistently. Nutrition-wise, I was trying every diet under the sun to find one that “fit” with my life. I tried gluten free, keto, paleo, whole 30, you name it. Each exercise routine, each diet, would last for a while, but then they all died off.
Finally, this past December I had had enough. I wanted a change. I wanted to create a healthy lifestyle that was sustainable. One that would allow me the freedom to work out from my home and one that would help me get my eating on track and yet still enjoy a splurge here or there. I also wanted a program that would educate me on what to eat and when to eat it in relation to my workouts.

Y’all, are those results not insane? I went down 4 inches in my waist alone! I am mind-blown. I knew I was feeling much better in my clothes, but I had no idea I was losing that many inches. I mean, the shorts I took my pictures in were shorts from my running days pre-Emma. I have not fit into those shorts in over 5 years!
At 5’2″ my ideal weight as prescribed by my doctor is 110 lbs, so I am much, much closer! I honestly don’t weigh myself much as I prefer to judge my health by how I feel and how I look. However, I took a before and after weight in this case simply to track progress for myself and for you guys! All that to say, every single one of my measurements went down in a bit way and I am highly motivated to stay on track!
At 6 weeks out I have realized that this program is most definitely a lifestyle. It’s sustainable, flexible, and has left me feeling more confident. In addition to feeling better physically, I feel so much more empowered when it comes to my eating. I know what foods to put in my body for the type of workout I am doing. Y’all, I even know how to track my macro nutrients! Instead of starving my body to get to my goal weight I am eating more than I ever have before, I’m just eating the right foods at the right times. I enjoy cheat meals without feeling guilty in the moment or right after because one splurge doesn’t throw me completely off track. I have seen a change in my body and my mentality that I have not experienced with previous programs.
