Hi, babes! March is finally here and it’s quickly becoming one of my favorite months of the year. March of us means celebrating my husband, Travis’s birthday, celebrating our wedding anniversary, spring break, and more consistent warmer weather.
If you noticed, I did not do a capsule wardrobe last month. I shared on Instagram how February leaves me with a lack of motivation when it comes to clothes. I feel like by February I am over the cold weather and ready for Spring. Even though it’s still cold outside I can’t bring myself to spend more money on winter clothes. At the same time, I don’t quite know what I want to focus on wearing in the spring. March though, is a different story!
March is the month we can start swapping our booties out for open-toed sandals. We can trade our heavy winter coats in for lighter layers. And even though I proudly wear neutrals all year long, most people will start to incorporate white back into their wardrobes.
So, in this month’s capsule you’ll find several different pants options including a cozy pair of $24 joggers. You’ll find some bodysuits that are affordable and easy to layer with. I threw in a neutral skirt that’s easy to style (size down if between sizes) and a pink, feminine blouse as a nod to spring. I also added some light layers like a denim jacket and a long cardigan.
