Well guys, I did it. I finally found (via consignment) the item I had been looking for for months!
I found Golden Goose sneakers in my size!
Sneakers have been one of the most popular shoe trends in the last couple of years. Women are styling everything with sneakers from dresses to suits to athleisure. One of the shoe brands that’s become super popular over the last few years has been Golden Goose. They make some of the cutest sneakers and look so good with almost any style.
Golden Goose sneakers have quickly become one of those shoes that can be worn with any outfit. The only drawback for me was the price. The average pair of Golden Goose is above $500; and, no matter how badly I wanted a pair, I couldn’t bring myself to spend that kind of money on sneakers.
But, I am one heck of a sale shopper, so I became determined to find a pair at a major discount. Several months ago I started checking the shoe section of Clotheshorse Anonymous every time I was shopping there. And, every time they had multiple pairs of Golden Goose shoes, but they were never in my size.
Instead of giving up though I stayed the course and checked back frequently. And y’all, last week I finally found them in my size in a color combo that I loved! They were in perfect condition and marked down to $300. And bonus for me, I had a gift card, too, so I only paid $150! That’s insane!
Consignment Tip: Be Consistent
One of the biggest and best tips when shopping consignment is to know what you want and be consistent. New inventory is put out frequently and in the case of Clotheshorse Anonymous, they put out new inventory daily! So, it pays to check back as frequently as you can.
