Tuesday Trend: Western Inspired Fashion For Fall And Winter

Happy Tuesday! I’m so excited to be partnering with Clotheshorse Anonymous for today’s fashion trend post! If you’re from Texas, you may not have batted an eye when you saw someone wearing cowboy boots to dinner. But, for the rest of the country, the western trend is a fun nod to cowboys!

Western Inspired Fashion

This is one of the most fun trends for fall in my opinion because you can take it in so many different directions. For one, it gives women an extra shoe option to dress up or down – hello, cowboy boots! Because it’s a fashion trend, we’re also seeing cowboy boots that have a little flare to them. In fact, I found these Corral boots at Clotheshorse Anonymous last week and about died. I love the black and muted grey, but was especially drawn to the sequins on them – it’s such a fun touch!

If you’re in the market for cowboy boots I HIGHLY recommend checking out Clotheshorse Anonymous and getting them via consignment. The boots I got were in great condition and I paid half the price for them! They get new inventory in daily, so if they don’t have your size one day, come back the next and check again!

The other part of the western inspired fashion trend I love is all the fun flare you can add to your look. We’re seeing leather scarves, denim jumpsuits, denim dresses, big belt buckles and so much more. Check your closets or your mom’s for that matter because I gaurantee you you already have something! If not, check out consignment stores to find some really neat, vintage pieces.

One of the things I was looking for to wear with my cowboy boots was a casual button down shirt. I already have a white one, but wanted either a black or denim colored top, too. Luckily, I found this black Madewell top at Clotheshorse Anonymous the last time I popped in. It’s a super easy piece to style with cowboy boots. Stick with basics and let your boots or fringe do the talking this season!
