There’s just something about throwing on a breezy maxi dress, cute wedges, and a fedora that screams summer to me. I used to be embarrassed to wear hats, but have embraced my love for hats the past couple of years and am loving it. Hats are such a fun accessory not just for your beach wear, but your everyday summer outfit, too. I’m also a huge fan of maxi dresses. If you’ve been following along my journey via my blog or instagram then you’re aware that I am in my 3rd trimester (yay!), so maxi dresses are seeming more and more appealing to me because they’ll be an easy thing to throw on those first couple of weeks postpartum when your body is in that awkward stage of “I don’t fit in maternity clothes, but I don’t fit in my pre-maternity clothes either.” This dress in today’s post is actually not maternity. It comes with a tie to accentuate your waist if you’re not pregnant, or you can wear it sans tie if you are pregnant.
