Here at Fleurdille you will find versatile, affordable fashion, tips for creating a healthy lifestyle, travel tips and tricks, moments of motherhood, and my latest home DIY project.
We’re home from our camping trip and can honestly say we had the very best time. It was our first time to camp at Garner State Park and we highly recommend it! It is located in the beautiful hill country and has so much to do – hiking trails, water activities on the Frio River, put-put golf, evening dances, you name it! It was so fun for everyone. On the way back we opted to take a slightly more scenic route and drove along Ranch to Market Road 337. If you’re ever near it, it is worth your time to go out of your way to drive on it. It’s winding roads run along the hills and it truly feels more like you’re in Colorado than Texas. It may be one of the most beautiful drives in Texas.
Summer is just a couple of months away – time to get my bod in check. If you’re looking for a way to jump start your weight loss, I recommend checking out the nutrition program I did last Spring. I share a bit about it here in this video. If you’re interested in it, just shoot me an email at hello@fleurdille.com. If you’re looking to tone up a little more, I recommend checking out ClassPass. I’ve been using ClassPass for several years now to schedule workouts and I love it. It lets you sample different studios and get it more than one type of workout.
Travis and I are celebrating our 11th wedding anniversary this weekend! We’re doing a staycation in Dallas and are going to enjoy a kid-free night. We aren’t really the type to buy anniversary gifts for each other, but I did order a new dress for our dinner. The dress is a tad more than I normally like to spend, but I feel like the dress is versatile enough that I’ll be able to wear it to more than one function or date night.
To all my readers out thereI keep hearing from so many of my friends that A Very Puncheable Face by Colin Jost and Yearbook by Seth Rogen are must reads. Add them to your list!
