Who’s ready for a fresh start in 2019? I  most definitely am!! My overarching health and fitness goal this year is to be the healthiest version of myself. That means I’m going to be dedicating myself to learning about the right type of foods to put in my body. I am also going to dedicate myself to a regular workout routine. Additionally, I’d like to know how the food I’m eating relates to the workouts I’m doing.

The health and fitness world is a very big and very daunting space though, so I’m turning to an expert for help! This year I am kicking off 2019 with a 6 week fitness plan – FAST Track to Fit – starting January 7th. This plan first caught my attention because of the results I was seeing in a friend. Over the course of 6 weeks this past fall, I watched my friend drop 2-3 pants sizes, eat healthier, enjoy her workouts, and all the while still indulging in wine or queso from time to time. To top it all off, she seemed happier not only with her appearance, but happier in general. She was taking care of her body, seeing results, and doing it all the while being a working mom. Sold.

I began to do some research on this program and immediately fell in love. With this program you’re given workouts for home or for the gym. You also work to restructure and repair your metabolism. The best part about this program I think though is that you learn what you need to put in your body and when. The program is designed to educate you and give you the tools you need to create a new lifestyle that will leave you energetic and thriving. Sold yet?

For those type-A people like me, you’re probably wondering the specifics on how this works. You can read more here, but basically it works like this: you have access to an online portal that contains all the things. You will get workouts for 6 weeks AND a bonus week of prep. This portal also contains nutrition guidelines, nutrition suggestions, training videos, daily motivation, coaching on a daily basis, and massive support from other women in the program (a key element I believe). There’s also a cookbook you can purchase that corresponds to the workouts and nutrition program. I’m all about setting myself up for success, so I got the cookbook.
