Happy Thursday, y’all!! Today’s look is what I like to call my “dressed up momiform.” I’m not going to lie that a lot of times my momiform consists of my zella leggings, sneakers, and a zip-up. But, with warmer weather hitting Dallas I’ve been trying to take my momiform up a notch. To still be comfortable, but maybe be a bit more cute and not look like I just rolled out of bed and threw on the clothes I wore the day before (no judgment here b/c I do that sometimes).
If I’m going to dress things up a bit though, I have to be comfortable. Jeans with a bit of stretch like these LOFT jeans are a great alternative to leggings. I also opted for a super soft tee that I could wear by itself or layer under a blazer, bomber, or denim jacket. Lastly, I splurged on some loafers.
For those of you that know me, you know I am a big sale shopper and rarely splurge on clothing. I have found though that investing in good shoes when you know you’ll be on your feet a lot really does make a big difference. I’ve been wearing loafers a lot around the house and with my girls because they’re so easy to just slip on and off, so I broke down and invested in these AGL loafers knowing how much I’ll be wearing them this Spring and Summer and how great my feet and body will feel when I wear them. These loafers form to your feet, so if you have narrow feet like me, it’s a great slide option!
