Shopping consignment is one of my favorite things to do! I love finding a good deal, but even more than that, I love those rare moments that you find an item that’s never been used/worn! That happened to be the case with my latest consignment purchase.
Several weeks ago I popped into Clotheshorse Anonymous to shop. Typically when I shop consignment I have a few things in mind that I’m looking for. No matter what I’m shopping for though, I always scan the whole store.
Don’t Pass Up A Good Sale Find!
This past time I was looking for fall dresses and fall shoes. As is my normal pattern though, I scanned the whole store. I’ve been in the market for a new fall purse for a month or so now, but I honestly didn’t know exactly what kind of bag I wanted.
As I was browsing the store, a Michael Kors bag caught my eye. I loved the shape of the bag, the color, and the size. I kept shopping, but found myself coming back and trying on the bag multiple times.
Upon careful examination of the bag I realized that it still had the original tag on it, and had never been worn! So, I got out my phone and searched the bag. Come to find out, the bag is still being sold today; the shape and everything! While I couldn’t find the exact color, I found so many other colors and similar colors.
I tried the bag on several times and loved the way it laid on my arm. I love mini bags, but I also needed one that fit a bit more and this one fit the bill. I ended up getting the bag – only paying $150 for a $500 bag that was never used! Definitely a sale find worth grabbing!
