Several weekends ago we surprised the girls with a holiday staycation in downtown Dallas. They love getting getting dressed up and looking “fancy” any chance they can get, and lately they are into all the accessories! They love wearing my jewelry, doing their hair “fancy,” and carrying my purses. So, we thought it would be fun to gift the girls a cute tote they could carry all weekend. These pom pom totes were so stinking cute and they loved them! They carried their little stuffed animals in them all weekend. I think they also liked that I had the matching, larger tote.
As I’ve gotten older, I’ve had so much more fun gifting items than receiving. I think these totes make such great gifts as they can be useful now and into the summer months. They are plastic and can be easily wiped down – hello, pool totes! Anyway, if you’d like some ideas on how to gift these totes, see below!
gifting ideas with TOOT totes:
- travel totes: if you plan on traveling for the holidays, use your totes for storage! You can use the larger totes to hold your personal items or you can gift the smaller totes to your kids to let them feel important as they carry their own personal items and/or toys.
- gift carrier: if you travel on Christmas day, carry your gifts in style! We plan on using this glitter tote to lug our gifts form our house to our in-laws.
- give the gift of wine: if there’s a wine-lover in your family, give a cute bottle of wine in a fun tote. Or, if you still have holiday parties on the horizon, give a thank you gift to the hostess in a cute wine tote!
- gifts inside a gift: these totes make such great gifts – fill them with smaller little gifts and let the larger tote be the wrapping paper. These totes can be used year-round!
