Geometric print was a big trend this past Fall and we’re seeing it carry over into Winter and Spring, and I am okay with that! Finding out how to mold trends to fit your style is an important part about developing your own fashion identity. For me, I tend to prefer more a more feminine look – skirts, dresses, and feminine fabrics like lace, so I try to incorporate the latest trends into my style and what I’m comfortable wearing. A small tribal print on a mini skirt as opposed to an oversized tribal print sweater is just more “me.” Add some tights and a pop of color and I’ve created a fun winter look that is right on trend, but still my own style.
style tip: I do not like wearing tights, but when wearing a mini skirt in the winter, it’s a must! Tights will elongate your figure, keep you warm, and give you a more classic look.
