Happy Monday, friends!! I hope your week is off to a great start! I have spent the last couple of hours going over my packing list. We’re headed to Italy in just a little over a week and I’m stressing out about packing. So far I have my carry-on bag (it’s super cute!), but am not quite sure how I’m going to fit it all in there.
I’ve been doing quite a bit of research on dress code in Italy because I was told that your shoulders need to be covered to get into some of the museums. A lot of what I have been reading speaks to women wearing longer dresses or pants and then having a cardigan or blanket scarf to drape over your shoulders in the evening. So, I won’t be wearing this cutesy little romper, but couldn’t wait to share it with you all because it combines two of my favorite summer trends – embroidery and rompers!
The fit on this romper is very much true to size. It’s from ASOS so their fit is a bit different. I would suggest going by your biggest measurement. I typically just my size by my bust measurement and am typically a 6. I’m wearing a 6 in this one. I love that apart from the embroidered detailing, the length is appropriate for a young mom/woman in her 30s, it doesn’t show any cleavage, and has the cutest ruffle detailing on the top. These are the kinds of outfits my hubby likes because they’re “girly.” Haha.
