Can you believe overalls have cycled back? My sister and I were just talking on the phone last night about how she still has a pair of my overalls that I passed down from way back in the day. Crazy! While there are some trends cycling back that I’m not too psyched about, overalls get me all kinds of jazzed!
What I love about overalls is that not only are they comfortable and easy to wear, but you can totally style them to fit your personal style! For me, I tend to gravitate toward a more feminine style, so I paired a blush pink off-the-should top with frilly sleeves with my overalls. However, you could pair a casual tee, a Spring sweater, or even a turtle neck with yours.
In addition to how you style your overalls, there are so many different styles of overalls you can choose from: overalls with flares, distressed overalls, short overalls, black denim overalls, and white overalls like the ones in today’s post. I ended up opting for this white pair from Old Navy for several reasons. I like the clean, Spring feel of the color, I love that these are structured, but not too tight, and I love that the pant legs can either be worn down with heels or wedges or rolled up with flats. Lots of options can be had by this pair! Oh, and they’re under $45!
money saving tip: try to buy your trendier pieces from stores like Old Navy, H&M, Forever21, etc. 😉
