Calling all shopaholics!! This post is for you guys and me, haha. It’s no secret in our family that my husband is the frugal one and I am the spender. God really did know what he was doing when he put us together. I wish I could say that I shopped for “retail therapy” or something like that, but the truth is I just love fashion. I love planning outfits, I love studying trends, I love feeling fabrics, I just love it all!
Unfortunately, or maybe fortunately, we don’t have an endless bank account, which means I’ve had to get creative in the shopping category. I definitely love sale shopping and love a good knock off at Target, but there really is something about a name brand label. Well y’all, I’ve found the solution to our shopping problem – Clotheshorse Anonymous. Notice I didn’t just say consignment, but Clotheshorse Anonymous.
Consignment is for sure one of the best ways to get name brand everyday wear at an affordable price. But, Clotheshorse Anonymous takes consignment shopping to the next level. Truly. If you’ve ever been in their store, have you noticed how it’s set up? The front third of the store is all high end designers. The back two thirds though? All affordable designers – Tory Burch, JCrew, Theory, Bebe, etc. It’s truly incredible how much inventory they have. I absolutely love that I can find any and all of my seasonal staples there. I can shop and keep the husband happy.
This season I’ve been able to snag several fall staples already including this leopard dress, the incredibly versatile sweater in today’s post, and a white skirt that can be worn with flats, heels, or boots! What fall staples would you go for first? Booties? Wide leg jeans? Sweaters are always my go-to for fall and I love that I can find them for under $50 and sometimes even under $25!
