I am a sucker for summer dresses, and this navy stripe shift dress from GAP will no doubt be a multiple time offender this summer. I love that shift dresses are in style this season because they are so comfortable and breezy in the summer heat. Since I am on the shorter side and have a short torso, I try to find a v-neck or longer neckline in a dress like this that has little form to it. The v-neck gives me that illusion of a longer body. I paired this dress with simple accessories – my go-to Michael Kors purse and neutral heels that are surprisingly comfortable to walk in.
Oh, and who doesn’t love the sweet surprise of finding out your dress has pockets?
