Happy Monday, friends! I hope you all had a fabulous weekend! My family was and is breaking down, so I spent most of my weekend caring for all my sick babies (that includes the hubs). Abigail is just now recovering from RSV and a double ear infection, my hubby is sick with some sort of virus we think, and now it looks like Emma Grace may have pink eye. So, our weekend plans of Christmas activities turned to laying low and eating soup. I was able to escape a couple times though for some Christmas events, and got to make mulled wine on Saturday night.
Okay, let’s talking shopping for a minute. Do you guys find yourself shopping at the same stores over and over? I find that I get in the habit of shopping my favorites – Nordstrom, Asos, LOFT, Banana Republic, Ann Taylor, and I forget about some of the other amazing stores out there like Last Call. I happened to be near a Neiman Marcus Last Call a couple weeks back and forgot how much I love that store. Their prices are unbeatable and their merchandise is high quality and always right on trend.
I ended up finding the top it today’s post (it comes in black, too), and knew it was a must have. At only $33 and with such a flattering cut, I knew it would be perfect for my winter wardrobe. Now, for some of you that life in places that are much colder than Dallas, you may want to style this top with some OTK boots and a warm jacket. For me, we consistently have winter days in the 60s and 70s, so I styled this top as I would wear it for a day out shopping or brunch with my girlfriends.
How would you style this top? I’d love to hear!!
