Happy Monday and happy Thanksgiving week! Can you believe it’s already Thanksgiving?!? We’re so excited, but I’m not going to lie, we’re a bit frazzled overe at the Cobbs house. I was sick all day yesterday, so basically I was worthless. Trav was super dad and handled everything including church and finishing our fire pit. But, we have a lot to cram into the next two days.
We typically swap families on Thanksgiving and Christmas (one with his family and one with mine and then we do the opposite the next year), and so this Thanksgiving we’re here with Trav’s family. However, since my sister and brother live in Texas, too, my parents are flying down and hosting Thanksgiving for my family at our house. Kind of odd since we won’t be there, but we’re excited to combine families on Friday for the Baylor game!!
With family staying out our house though, that means we have to have the house cleaned and stocked with some goodies all the while packing up our little family to stay the week with Trav’s parents. Crazy, but good crazy! This kind of “stress” gives me energy!
