Happy Thursday!! I don’t know why, but this week has seemed so long to me. I’ve had a busy workload with speech therapy patients, blog meetings, school meetings for the girls, and something every night. I’m ready for a little R&R!! 😉
On week nights or weekends that we have some down time there’s nothing I’d rather be wearing than a big chunky, cozy sweater. I am loving this lace-up/lattice detail trends that we’re seeing on sweaters, too! I love that you can still style achieve a classic sweater look from the front, but have some trendy flare from the back!
Of course this Asos sweater sold out almost instantly, so I linked to some similar ones at the bottom of this post in addition to my favorites listed here. I also added a bit of femininity to this oversized sweater look by layering it over a lace camisole and letting the lace detail do the talking. Side note, how many of you remember the camisole trend from college (I’m speaking to my ’08 grads here)!?! I believe the whole camisole trend went right along with the broaches on blazers trend.
