Happy Wednesday, loves!!! Today marks the beginning of a fabulous wedding celebration for my best friend as Trav and I head to Chicago for all the festivities. We will be starting the weekend on Thursday by pampering ourselves at the spa, hopefully drink a little bubbly, make our way to the gorgeous Wisconsin venue for the rehearsal, and then celebrating the bride and groom at the rehearsal dinner. I can’t wait!! You’re welcome to follow along on my snapchat (fleurdille) and via instastories, too!
This top, though. I’m not sure I could dream up a more “me” top for this season than this one. It has so much going on – lace detailing, off-the-shoulder cut, open-back, oversized sleeves, and all the while giving off an effortless, feminine vibe. The fit is perfect (I’m wearing the S/M) and it isn’t see through (hip hip hooray). I would recommend using fabric tape however if you’re planning on wearing this top for a longer period of time because the flowers on the top do start to flop over.
This top has such beautiful detailing that I wanted to make sure it did all the talking. So, I paired it with a simple pair of jeans and added a couple of pops of pink to tailor it to my personal style. This top would look super cute with faux leather leggings (this pair under $30) and a black choker, too!
