Happy Monday, loves! I hope you all had a great weekend and are energized for the week ahead! I have to admit that even though it doesn’t even feel like Fall yet in Dallas, I debated decorating for Christmas this past weekend. Creating all new holiday content for you has just gotten me in the mood for Christmas tunes and twinkly lights! Luckily for my family, I still can’t walk around much otherwise I might have gone through with it…
Okay, let’s talk joggers. This trend has been around for a bit and while I love it, I didn’t think I would be able to pull it off. For some reason I just kept thinking that because I’m only 5’2″ joggers just wouldn’t look right on me. Then it dawned on me that all I needed to do was add some pumps to get a little height and elongate my figure.
I found this pink pair from Anthropologie and loved the subtle design on them and the color, which would give me the option to dress them up or down. They were also less than $100, so that didn’t hurt either! I styled today’s look with date night in mind. This is totally something I would wear with the hubby exploring a new restaurant in Deep Ellum or Bishop Arts District.
If you needed a more formal look, you could just swap the leather jacket for a blazer and wear it to work. Or, you could pair it with some cute sneakers and a loose tee for weekend errands. How would you style it?
