Happy Thursday, friends!!! How stinking cute are these Valentines? If you haven’t caught on, I’m quite obsessed with Valentine’s Day and making everything red, pink, and perfect! I think my excitement for this holiday really peaked when I had kids though! It’s just so fun to make their entire day special from heart pancakes at breakfast to our “red and pink” dinner to little Valentine’s Day gifts.
My obsessed doesn’t stop at what we do at home though because I am now learning from my 3 year old that school Valentine’s are a big deal, too. I remember last year how excited Emma Grace was to open her Valentines for me and shoe me each pieces of candy, each sweet little card, and each little figuring someone gifted. What bummed me out is that without pictures, I wasn’t able to put a face with the name and I so badly wanted to know who each of her friends were! If it’s important to her, it’s important to me. 🙂
When Minted introduced me to their custom classroom Valentines, I couldn’t resist! They’re the cutest little cards with their own envelopes so you can personally address them, and I just love that you can use whatever picture you want! If you’re not into the picture thing, they have endless options for classroom Valentines without pictures that range from “animals” to “sporty” to “sweet” to “foodie.” You can see the full list here. It was so hard for us to pick ours from this list, but we ended up going with this option to make life simple and be able to give Abby and Emma Grace’s classmates the same Valentine!
