Cabana Life Suit

Happy Thursday, loves! If you follow me on instagram or on snapchat (fleurdille), then you probably caught a glimpse or two of our beach trip last week. We traveled to Gulf Shores, AL for a family vacation and got to spend ample time on the beach!

Skincare has been a huge focus for me this year, and I knew I’d be exposed to the sun quite a bit on our trip. It would have been nice to stay in the shade and read all day, but that’s just not a reality with little kiddos. Whether we were going to be swimming in the pool, swimming in the ocean, or playing in the sand, I know we would be exposed to the sun.

As we were preparing for our trip I was introduced to a new brand – Cabana Life. Cabana Life provides beachwear that not only provides 50+ UV protection, but their clothing and swim suits block 98% of VUA & UVB rays! Uh…sign me up! I guess I’m naive, but I had no idea that there was such a thing as sun protective clothing. In fact, according to the founder of this company, your average cotton t-shirt is the equivalent of only 5 SPF! Terrible, right? In other words, you aren’t getting any protection from the sun with a normal swim suit.

Apart from protecting your skin from the intensity of the sun, Cabana Life’s beachwear is also adorable! I loved the print of the one piece pictured in this post, but I think this one piece is just as cute and both suits would look adorable under this coverup.

So, today I’ve partnered with Cabana Life to bring you 25% off your purchase with code: FLEURDILLE. Happy shopping!

Cabana Life is also hosting a giveaway right now that goes through the 15th of August. The grand prize is valued at $850 which includes gifts from SCOUT bags, Supergoop! sunscreen, Serac hammocks, and Cabana Life. To enter, simply go to www.cabanalife.com/sweepstakes and enter your name and email address! Good luck!
