Happy Tuesday, friends! So glad you stopped by today! How many of you have finished all your Christmas shopping already? We’re close, but still in the same boat as yesterday – 2 to go! I’m currently sitting in my living room with Abby to my left and Emma Grace in the kitchen telling Alexa to play “Classical Christmas Music.” Y’all, I so hope you’re taking time this holiday season to soak up the small moments with the ones you love. I feel like everyone warns about the hustle and bustle of the season, but they’re right. It comes in with a mighty force and it’s so easy to get swept up in it. It takes a very conscious effort to pull back, slow down, and spend time doing what matters.
Today I thought it might be fun to share a festive look that is a bit different than your traditional red or green. You guys know I’m a big blush fan, so I do try to wear it as much as possible. I have found that the pink satin trend we’re seeing right now makes for a really festive holiday look. I decided to have a little fun with this top and created a monochromatic look with blush pants and matching blush shoes and a tote. I love the vibe that a monochromatic look gives off – elegance, simplicity, and clean lines.
