Do you guys remember the old Black Friday days? The days where people would go stand in line outside of a store all night? Where people would wait hours for a store to open only to sprint to get their coveted item? I know that happens on some level still – mainly for electronics I suppose, but it is starting to feel like a foreign concept. Not only is there a lot online, but the sales seem to start earlier and earlier each year. I’m not mad about it either.
It’s nice to begin shopping early and to get sales on items that aren’t necessarily for a Christmas gift. For example, my family plans on smoking a turkey this Thanksgiving, but we didn’t have a smoker. We decided to get one a little early and do a test run. Luckily, Amazon’s #1 rated electric smoker was already on sale! So, we got it at a way discounted price and made our first smoked dish last night – ribs! Y’all, this smoke is such a great gift idea for the man in your life. I will definitely be getting one for the hubs.
