Happy Monday, loves! I hope you guys had an amazing weekend! I am feeling refreshed after a weekend with two of my best gals. I am also feeling so happy to be back with my little lady loves. There’s something so refreshing about getting away for a bit, but just as refreshing getting back on schedule. And with the resumption of our regularly scheduled program comes the return of my summer uniform.
Jumpsuits and sundresses are great options for warm weather. But, the most effortlessly chic look I can think of for summer is simply a white top and denim shorts. It’s a look that any woman at any size and any age can pull off. I love that it’s a look that can be easily adapted to meet your comfort level and personal style as well.
I think the most basic and probably most popular version of this look is simply with a white tee. This one from Madewell is one of my all time favorites. I’m also planning on trying out this one from Mott & Bow. For me though, I opted for a top that was comfortable, light, and more feminine. I found this top from Asos for only $27, which is hard to beat! It’s so comfortable and the wide sleeves and button knot front are perfectly on trend!
