Good morning and happy Monday! I hope you all had a great Superbowl Sunday! We spent the day at my in-laws with my husbands brothers, my sis-in-law, my sister and her bf, and of course Emma Grace and Abby! We spoked some meat and just relaxed all day – it was awesome. Also, Beyonce.
Anyway, if you’ve been following along for a bit, then I’m sure you’ve picked up on the fact that I loft LOFT. There are multiple reasons why I enjoy shopping there, but one of the biggest reasons is that their clothing seems to be so versatile and easy to style multiple outfits out of.
I originally purchased this nautical cardigan because it looks so cozy and comfy – perfect for winter! After some reorganizing of my closet though, and some outfit planning, I’ve realized how much I can wear it. This is definitely a piece that can be easily adapted to your personal style whether that be casual street style, feminine chic, or classic.
3 ways to style an oversized cardigan:
1- pair it with pants and a form-fitting blouse (like pictured)
2- layer it over a dress and add some booties for a casual, feminine look
3- transition this sweater into summer by pairing it over some distressed denim shorts and an off the shoulder top
